What do we Charge for our Services?
Our approach is to work from a yield strategy and not a price strategy - that means that we set minimum expected yields, above the UK norm, and on the basis of this we negotiate the investing price of the property
At our first meeting with you, we offer structured and easy to follow advice and investing in the UK as well as understanding yields. We also introduce you to our network of experienced professionals which include accountants, solicitors, rental and management agents and more. Our professional services include advice on all the processes and the time frames relevant to investing in the UK.
Furthermore, PropWealth uses years of experience to source and identify suitable properties that deliver as they develop their investors' portfolios. Delivering our competent due diligence requires extensive "behind the scenes" work and relies on an entire network of trusted suppliers built up over the years to sift through investments that stack up and are below market sometimes up to 25%.
It is also interesting to note that for every 35 properties we see and review, only 3-5 are passed onto our clients or invested in by ourselves.
Initial Professional and investing Advice fees
£ 3950.00 (no VAT charged if you are outside the EU)
Our fees are designed on different sale price bands
1. Our fees are charged on a percentage basis of between 5% - 7.5% plus VAT depending on the price paid and discount negotiated.
2. For properties over £275001 upwards - 2.5% plus VAT to a maximum of £10000 excluding VAT on all properties.
3. On bespoke investments, such as off plan and new builds, where we negotiate on investors behalf for a discount off the list purchase price, our fees are 25% of the discount obtained up to a maximum of £10000.
We spend many hours negotiating the price of the property before we present to our investors. The key to our successful investing is making sure that tenants abound and that the yields are above 5% - 9%. We work long and hard to get these criteria in balance. We also follow up throughout the process and make sure you are tenanted at the end.
Furthermore, we have a reliable, professional team to assist our investors on all levels of property investing. This is the same team we use for our own investments as we feel confident to recommend them to you. These include banks, Attorneys and letting agents.
